	Residents participating in our LifeCare Program are evaluated in regard to their need for additional assistance however they are not subject to Plus Care charges. Refund of Entrance Fee: If the LifeCare Agreement is terminated prior to 90 days of occupancy the resident’s estate is entitled to a full refund. After 90 days of occupancy, should the LifeCare Agreement be terminated, the entrance fee will be refunded on a declining basis reduced by 3% for each month of occupancy calculated from the date of move in.

The above rates are for residents requiring basic assistance with activities of daily living. As residents require additional assistance they will be evaluated for our Plus Care programs. In addition to our Basic rates Plus Care 1 is $30/day, Plus Care 2 is $50/day and Plus Care 3 is $65/day.

Stays of less than three months can be accommodated through our Respite Program for an additional $40/day.
